Key Visuals Explained

TACoS Goal Achievement Table: Shows whether each account is meeting its TACoS goal for the selected date range by comparing actual TACoS vs the target TACoS goal, and assigns a clear status flag.

Account Name: The selected Amazon account.

TACoS Goal: The target TACoS benchmark set for the account.

TACoS: Actual TACoS achieved in the selected time period.

Flag: Status label indicating goal performance (e.g., Within Goal, Slightly Over, Over Goal, or No Goal/Sales Data when applicable).

Variance: How far above/below the goal the account is (relative gap vs the goal).

Purpose

How to Use This Report

Trend and Delta Interpretation Scan the red and green percentage deltas to see which KPIs are improving or declining on a YoY and PoP basis. Focus deeper analysis on metrics with the largest negative movements, such as units falling faster than revenue.

ROAS and Profitability Focus: Track Total ROAS in both sourcing and manufacturing views to gauge how efficiently spend is converting into shipped revenue. If ROAS and revenue move in opposite directions, review COGS, pricing, and mix to understand profitability impacts.
