Overview

The Performance Manager helps drive growth through advertising strategy and Optimizations . This role requires balancing client’s advertising needs with internal capabilities, coming up with result oriented strategies, campaign management, and proactively identifying opportunities to maximize client success.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Planning and Strategizing

  • Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and advertising goals.
  • Derive advertising strategies leveraging Sponsored Ads and/or DSP aligning with the client’s advertising goals.

  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee all stages of campaign execution, including media planning, campaign launch and optimizations.
  • Work with the internal customer success team, to communicate campaign strategies and KPIs clearly with the clients.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure the advertising spend is aligned with clients budget and goals.

  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Suggest optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Problem-Solving
  • Address client issues or campaign challenges promptly.
  • Adapt strategies to ensure client goals are consistently met.

  • Account Growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Partner with Customer success and leadership to grow client accounts strategically.
  • Essential Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • English Proficiency: Proficient in English - both verbal and written is required.
  • Project Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Forward-looking approach to align client campaigns with long-term growth objectives.
  • Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 6+ years of Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP management experience. Experience in an advertising agency setting is highly desirable.
  • Technical: Familiarity with campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software is an advantage.
