What You’ll Do

Execute with Excellence

  • Own your portfolio of Amazon clients, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end.
  • Keep meetings sharp, action-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Provide structure and clarity in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

  • Lead Strategically
  • Deliver client-facing business reviews that bring insights and clear recommendations.
  • Connect advertising strategies with retail health, competitive data, and market signals.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement don’t wait to be asked.

  • Educate & Empower
  • Lead onboarding sessions to guide new clients through Amazon’s systems, best practices, and key tools.
  • Simplify complex concepts and help clients gain confidence managing their brands on Amazon.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients learning the platform for the first time.

  • Grow & Retain Business
  • Drive account growth through consistent results and relationship-building.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or expansion aligned with client goals.

  • Stay Sharp on Amazon
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Vendor/Seller Central, and retail metrics.
  • Share insights with both clients and internal teams to elevate performance.

  • Grow Yourself & the Team
  • Share best practices and learnings across the team.
  • Invest in your own growth through training and certifications.
  • Support teammates by mentoring, onboarding, or simply being a great collaborator.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital media - Amazon experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage clients independently and handle a large book of business.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon retail and advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly organized, data-literate, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in remote, global, fast-paced settings.
  • Availability during North American time zones (EST/CST).
  • Qualifications

  • Amazon Ads Advanced Partner with accounts spanning North America.
  • Technical: Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console, Vendor/Seller Central, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
  • Bonus: Prior experience in agency environments or multi-account management.
