We have an immediate opening for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will dedicate significant focus to one large strategic account, while also managing a select portfolio of additional clients. This role is both high-visibility and high-impact, requiring someone who can operate strategically while delivering excellence in day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do

Own growth and retention

  • Lead a portfolio anchored by a large strategic account, aligning goals, roadmaps, and success criteria.
  • Identify smart expansion opportunities that help clients win.

  • Run client business reviews that deliver insights and clear recommendations.
  • Connect advertising with retail health, inventory, content, and competitive signals.
  • Bring proactive ideas every month and turn them into action.

  • Execute with excellence
  • Keep plans, timelines, and communication crisp and accountable in our project management software.
  • Send tight meeting notes and action items and keep work on track.
  • Run high-quality client meetings with clear agendas and follow-through.

  • Stay sharp on Amazon
  • Maintain strong expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Retail programs.
  • Translate platform changes into practical guidance for clients and the team.
  • Lead client-facing learning sessions on Amazon strategy or features.

  • Grow the team
  • Mentor CSMs, support onboarding, and share repeatable best practices.
  • Model the behaviors that raise the bar across the org.
  • What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of account management experience.
  • Expertise in Amazon, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Retail.
  • Preferred base in the Toronto market.
  • Preferred experience managing Canadian-based clients.
  • Proven success in client servicing within an agency or similar environment.
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and executive-level communication.
  • Ownership mindset with a calm, solutions-first approach.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within North America as needed.
  • Recommended Qualifications

  • Amazon Ads certifications (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Retail) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Familiarity with Amazon 3P tools such as Helium10 and Keepa.
  • Experience with market share and share-of-voice applications.

  • Location: Toronto, ON (preferred)
  • This is a salaried position with bonus eligibility
