About the Role

Accrue is looking for an experienced Operational Specialist to join our growing Amazon team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both Seller Central and Vendor Central operations who thrives on process optimization, proactive problem-solving, and helping brands scale efficiently on Amazon.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing daily Amazon operations from listing and shipment management to account health and inventory forecasting and is comfortable navigating both Seller and Vendor workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily and weekly operational tasks for assigned Amazon accounts, ensuring smooth execution across all functions.
  • Manage account health and resolve any issues related to performance notifications, Buy Box suppression, stranded ASINs, or policy violations.
  • Conduct inventory health checks, track FBA shipments, and monitor pricing and MAP compliance.
  • Manage POs, shipments, and WOC updates for Vendor Central accounts.
  • Handle listing and content updates, including titles, bullets, and A+ Content optimization.
  • Monitor PEDs, coupons, and promotions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform weekly inventory forecasting and replenishment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Share weekly performance and inventory summaries with clients.

    • Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA operations, inventory forecasting, and shipment creation.
  • Proven ability to maintain account health and compliance.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) is mandatory.
  • Based in India or Pakistan.
  • Strong English proficiency (written & verbal).
