About the Role

Accrue is seeking a motivated Junior Operational Specialist to support our Amazon operations team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central who’s eager to grow in eCommerce operations and learn from experienced specialists.

You’ll assist in maintaining account health, managing listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our clients across North America.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support daily Seller Central operations, including Buy Box monitoring, suppressed/stranded ASIN resolution, and inventory health checks.
  • Track FBA shipments, monitor restocks, and coordinate replenishments.
  • Review pricing, MAP compliance, and performance notifications regularly.
  • Assist in new listing creation and content updates (titles, bullets, backend keywords).
  • Prepare weekly summary reports for internal and client updates.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to implement operational improvements.
  • Perform basic competitor and keyword analysis as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience (FBA, listings, and operations).
  • Understanding of Amazon policies and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong English proficiency (written & verbal)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Based in India or Pakistan.
  • Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
